The General Settings section in HelpEcho allows you to configure basic upload preferences and pagination for different modules. These settings ensure smoother navigation and optimized data display for your support team.

File Upload Settings

Define which file types customers can upload when submitting a support ticket.
Example:jpg, jpeg, png, gif, pdf, docs, zip - Max Upload File Size
Set the maximum file size (in MB) that a user can upload.
Example:2 MB
These settings help you manage secure and efficient file submissions across support tickets.
Pagination Settings
Control how many items are shown per page across various modules:
- Ticket per page
Set the number of tickets displayed per page on the ticket listing screen. - Customer per page
Define how many customers appear on each page of the customer list. - Category per page
Adjust how many categories show per page in the Category section. - Save Replies per page
Choose the number of saved replies visible per page in the Saved Replies area.
These pagination controls help you organize large sets of data for faster access and navigation.
